We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Therefore, we have established the following return policy:

1. Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase.
2. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
4. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
5. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
6. Cigars are exempts from our return policy. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on cigars.
